Shipping
The shop delivers every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by Kerry. It takes 2-3 business days to deliver. If it is delivered to foreign countries, the shop uses the services of DHL Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which takes 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country. In the event that the customer receives the product late, the customer can contact @leila directly. The company will help track and coordinate with the shipping company for the customer as soon as possible.
Product Cancellation
The shop has no policy to cancel any products whatsoever. Return Policy The shop has no policy to return any products whatsoever, except in the case that the product is out of stock, then the shop will refund the customer.
Refunds
1. In case customers pay by credit card or debit card – If the company receives the returned product, we will proceed to refund the money to the card owner’s bank within 7-14 business days. After that, it will depend on the conditions of the card owner’s bank and will continue the process within 30-45 days, depending on the conditions of that bank or the card owner’s card billing cycle.
2. If the customer pays via Internet banking – the company will refund the money by transferring money to your bank account within 7-14 business days. The account name must match the name of the person who ordered the product. If the name does not match, the company will request a copy of the ID card of the account owner and the person who ordered the product, with a signature confirming that the person who ordered the product agrees to refund the money to a different account.
